Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Glint ("we", "our", or "us") at glint.trade.
By accessing or using Glint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
Glint is a real-time intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available signals from social media, news, Telegram, and OSINT sources, classifies them using AI, and matches them to prediction market contracts on Polymarket. Glint also provides tools for viewing market data, tracking whale trades, and executing trades on Polymarket.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Glint. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to access prediction markets in your jurisdiction.
3. Account
You sign in via Google OAuth through Privy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trading
Glint provides an interface to execute trades on Polymarket. When you trade through Glint:
You are interacting directly with Polymarket's Central Limit Order Book (CLOB)
Orders are routed through Glint's backend for execution
Glint does not hold your funds — your wallet is created and managed through Privy's infrastructure
All trades are subject to Polymarket's own terms, settlement rules, and orderbook liquidity
Fee rates are determined by Polymarket, not Glint
Glint is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees of any kind. All trading decisions are yours alone. Prediction markets carry risk, including the risk of total loss.
5. Wallet and Funds
If you create a new embedded wallet through Privy, that wallet is managed by Privy's infrastructure
If you import an existing Polymarket wallet, you retain full control of that wallet
Glint never stores or has access to your private keys
You are solely responsible for your wallet security, deposits, and withdrawals
USDC.e deposits are on the Polygon network
6. AI-Generated Content
Glint uses AI to classify signals, assign impact levels, match signals to markets, and generate relevance scores and causation labels. This content is generated automatically and may contain errors. AI classifications should not be treated as factual assertions or trading advice.
7. Data Sources
Glint aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources including X/Twitter, news outlets, Telegram channels, ADS-B flight data, and Polymarket. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Glint for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond normal use
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools to access the service without our permission
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Glint is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. Third-party content (tweets, news articles, etc.) remains the property of its respective owners.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Glint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glint and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or any trades executed through it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glint and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Glint after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glint at any time, for any reason, without notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
